Read our ethical commitmentsABOUT / PEOPLE & PRINCIPLES
EBA CORP is a building and project consulting company based in Irvine, California. We support owners, design teams, builders and developers with professional consultations, technical coordination and delivery support.
Established in 2020, our approach draws on more than 35 years of executive leadership experience across complex building types. We combine digital workflows, agentic AI-assisted preparation and experienced QA/QC to turn project information into clear, reviewable action.
We define scope, responsibilities and jurisdictional requirements at the start of each engagement. Our work is grounded in traceable information, candid communication and the standard of care applicable to the project.
OUR LEADERSHIP
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR / EBA CORP
Frederick “Eric” Bondoc leads EBA CORP as Executive Director, a position he has held since its founding in 2020. He brings more than 35 years of experience in project management, design coordination, technical documentation and construction administration.
Formerly Director for Architecture at Irvine Company Office Properties, Eric provided owner-side oversight supporting a portfolio of approximately 570 buildings and major campus developments. His background also includes design-team and construction-phase assignments with HOK, Heller Manus, URS and other established firms.
At EBA CORP, he guides consulting strategy, multidisciplinary coordination, project delivery and experienced QA/QC of AI-assisted work. His experience spans commercial campuses, community development, residential buildings, hospitality, healthcare, education and specialized marine and animal habitats.

We provide consulting and project support within legally permitted scopes. Regulated services require appropriately licensed professionals with the responsibility and supervision required by the project jurisdiction.
THREE SIDES OF PROJECT DELIVERY
We approach projects with an understanding of ownership, design-team and builder/developer priorities. Our leadership experience across these perspectives helps us anticipate competing needs and communicate across teams. The represented party, scope and decision authority are defined for each engagement.
At Irvine Company Office Properties: owner-side oversight, consultant selection, quality standards, budget and schedule evaluation, reinvestment decisions and long-term asset performance.
With HOK, Heller Manus, URS and other design practices: technical coordination, constructability, BIM documentation, discipline interfaces and construction administration.
At Camella: subdivision planning, model homes, amenities, field implementation and closeout. On Quechan: on-site design-team support within a design-build delivery serving the general contractor as client.
ETHICAL STANDARDS
Establish the authority having jurisdiction, applicable statutes, adopted code editions, local amendments and licensure requirements before defining the work. Recheck requirements as the project evolves.
Define responsibilities in writing. For regulated architectural work, the responsible licensed professional applies the care and competence ordinarily exercised by similarly situated professionals under comparable circumstances. AI use does not remove professional responsibility or create a guarantee of perfection.
Identify each contributor’s role and credentials. Distinguish leadership experience gained at prior firms from EBA CORP commissions. Define the business entity’s consulting scope and each responsible professional’s authority clearly.
Check source reliability, assumptions, calculations and discipline interfaces. Record unresolved issues and obtain responsible professional review before regulated deliverables are issued.
Agree on approved AI tools, data handling and access before using client information. Respect intellectual property, restrict sensitive data and document material changes in scope.
Disclose conflicts of interest and compensation arrangements. Communicate limitations candidly and keep public safety, client interests and faithful project coordination central to decisions.
Business and Professions Code §§ 5536, 5537 and 5538; California Code of Regulations, Title 16, § 160. These references inform scope boundaries and professional responsibilities; other project jurisdictions require their own review.
California Architects Board / California statute § 5536SERVICES / THREE FOUNDATIONAL WORKFLOWS
Agentic AI can break preparation into coordinated research, extraction and drafting steps. EBA’s service approach pairs those steps with source checks, project experience and documented QA/QC. Tool access and automation are agreed for each engagement.
Based in Irvine, EBA CORP welcomes consulting and technical-support engagements throughout the United States and internationally. Remote collaboration supports feasibility research, BIM and document coordination, and project delivery. Scope, local business authorizations, adopted codes, applicable statutes and responsible professional requirements are established for each project jurisdiction.
Make the next project decision with a clearer brief.
Organize owner requirements, extract project constraints, assemble space-program matrices and compare early options from approved information.
Project brief, area matrix, options comparison, preliminary jurisdiction checklist and an assumptions / risks register.
Check area totals, operational needs, sources and assumptions. Separate verified constraints from questions requiring the authority having jurisdiction or licensed design team.
Planning and decision support; no entitlement, code-compliance or permit approval guarantee.
Make inconsistencies easier to find and resolve.
Organize approved Revit exports and document sets, compare revisions, index requirements and draft coordination issue logs. Model-based checks use agreed software and available model data.
Coordination register, drawing / model discrepancy list, revision summary and an assigned-action matrix.
Confirm flagged issues against source documents and model views. Review constructability and discipline interfaces; route design decisions to the responsible architect or engineer.
Support to owners and licensed project teams; not independent architectural design or certification.
Keep project information aligned with field decisions.
Summarize approved meeting notes, organize RFI and submittal logs, extract action items and draft scope / schedule comparisons for review.
Draft meeting records, RFI / submittal trackers, change-review summaries and periodic project risk updates.
Trace summaries to records, check dates and contractual responsibilities, distinguish observations from conclusions and escalate design or safety questions to authorized parties.
Administrative and advisory support; approvals, means and methods, inspections and professional determinations remain with the responsible parties.
QUALITY GATES
Turnaround depends on scope, input quality and required reviews. Faster preparation never bypasses a required review gate.
PROJECTS / COMPANY ENGAGEMENTS & LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
Our project perspective spans EBA CORP engagements and leadership experience gained with established design and development firms. Each entry identifies its context; prior-firm projects are not EBA CORP commissions or claims of sole authorship.
These photographs illustrate the building types we support. They do not depict the named portfolio projects or claim EBA CORP authorship.
GLOBAL PROJECT ATLAS / 1989–PRESENT
Explore documented project and program experience by year and location. Select a career period below to highlight its locations, or select a map pin to see the projects at that city / area and its time zone.
Pins indicate approximate city / area locations, not verified project addresses. A numbered pin groups multiple project entries. Broader district assignments use a stated city / area reference. Current local times and UTC offsets update each minute and reflect daylight saving where applicable; they are not historical project-era time zones.
Select a row to connect that career period with the map and project register. Years are résumé employment / engagement periods, not project completion dates. Overlapping assignments are retained. *HOK New York starts in 2017; its end date is unconfirmed, so year filtering places it in the documented start year only.
| Period | Project / building | City / area & time zone | Engagement context |

Source: supplied long-form résumé and development-leadership résumé. Duplicate listings are consolidated. Groups such as six bank branches and 18 airport ancillary buildings remain single program entries because individual sites are not listed. A project with an unassigned year remains visible in “All years.” Earlier assignments reflect executive leadership experience at the credited firms, not EBA CORP commissions.
